Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the fruit especially. Also the variety of breads, bagels, muffins, cream cheese. Good coffee. Great value re cost of my stay. When I let the staff person know you were out of coffee and eggs they were replaced immediately.

It was conveniently located for our trip. Mostly quiet, clean and friendly staff. Just north of the hotel is Hog's back park. A nice spot to walk. A little further up is Ottawa proper. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Tim Hortons pretty much shares a parking lot. The ladies who keep the place clean were very friendly, efficient and always smiling.

the property actually exceeds my expectations as it is a 3 star hotel and relatively budget one, however it was very clean quiet, and seems to me like 5 stars (with no luxury items). Breakfast is OK, no hot meals, but more than enough. Also, Tim Hortons is just few steps away from the main gate which is very convenient in case you don't like the hotel's breakfast.

It was a fairly quick check in which was perfect since it was quite late when we arrived and we were exhausted after a very long day at a dance competition.

I had an early flight after leaving your premises so a breakfast box was provided the night I arrived. Other than a small clementine & muffin, I could not eat the other food due to allergies. However, for those guests who depart early in the morning, the breakfast box is a nice touch.

The room was neat and spacious and well set up with all the basics in place. The staff were exceptionally nice right from the day I entered and was taken care of by the receptionist who definitely knew his job by the way he spoke and made us feel very comfortable. Something which is taken for granted in other establishments.

I love that breakfast was included in the price, and how big the tv was, however the remote was a problem as it took so long to get it to work. I like that there was a table there to actually eat at, it was very handy

Clean large rooms. Beds were comfortable. Good variety of breakfast including fresh fruit and enough to start your day. Has something for most. Convenient for families and kids. Having a mini fridge is very helpful. Lots of parking. Not too far from downtown if you have a car.

Great location and the room was wonderful. We slept great and the AC made the room very comfy.

It didn't feel like a 2 star hotel. The room was spacious with nice front view. Easy parking and it was complimentary. The beds were comfy. We have two tables which was great to use one as work/study station and other to eat. Great TV, pool and breakfast. The front lounge/breakfast area is cozy. Oh and the staffs are just wonderful 👏. They were so caring and compassionate. Compared to 3 star hotel I am staying right now in toronto, Days Inn should be rated 4 stars. Tim hortons and great Shawarma place right at the door step you can say.
